We are seeking a Tech Lead – DevOps to provide technical leadership, oversee CI/CD pipeline automation, and build resilient cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional development and operations teams to streamline deployments, eliminate infrastructure risks, and optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Automation: Write, review, and approve Infrastructure as Code (IaC); design visual architecture solutions and build automated deployment pipelines.
Pipeline Management: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
Risk Mitigation & Reliability: Evaluate cloud infrastructure for single points of failure and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant solutions.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to the DevOps team, champion DevSecOps practices, and evaluate new automation tools.
Monitoring & Operations: Monitor system performance, resolve complex operational challenges, and ensure reliable end-to-end service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Language Proficiency: Advanced / C1 level English communication skills.
Key Technical Skills & Certifications
CI/CD & Version Control: Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Atlassian (Bamboo/Bitbucket), Artifactory.
Containers & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Automation, IaC (Chef, Terraform/CloudFormation), IaaS.
Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Microsoft Azure DevOps Solutions (AZ-400), or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
Methodologies: Agile, DevScOps, Design Thinking, and DevOps Coaching.
