Job Overview
TTEC is actively hiring for the position of Accountant, GL. The Digital Accounting team needs additional resources to support the processing of revenue and invoicing for all customers with the recent changes within the technology framework. This has been pre-approved by Kenny to set up a new team in India with a Manager, and 3 Accountants to support this work. The responsibilities will be to troubleshoot the error messages daily between CRM, Oracle, and Changepoint and escalate where needed to identify root causes. This team will also help support invoi to support critical business and operational deliverables.
