Products: NextInHR & iSmartRecruit Experience: 2-4 Years Salary: 2.4 LPA – 4.2 LPA About The Role We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Next.js Developer to work across our NextInHR and iSmartRecruit products. The ideal candidate should be strong in Next.js/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, API development and databases , with a good understanding of frontend and backend development. Java/Spring Boot experience is a strong plus . We are looking for someone who can use modern AI-assisted developm to support critical business and operational deliverables.
