Job Overview
Talent Basket is actively hiring for the position of 4G/5G Stack-L3. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Design and implement 4G/5G control-plane protocols, including RRC, S1AP, X2AP, NGAP, F1AP, E1AP, and XnAP. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor engineers in root-causing L3 issues like attach failures, handover drops, security activation errors, and RRC resume/paging issues. Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with verification, OAM, and core network teams on call-flow validation, negative testing, and interoperability campaigns. Program Leadership: to support critical business and operational deliverables.
Key Requirements
- Relevant educational background or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, or technical execution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic operational environments.
