Salary Structure: * 0 – 6 Months Experience: 3.1 LPA * Training: ₹20,000/month * Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹22,000/month * 7 – 12 Months Experience: 3.75 LPA * Training: ₹24,000/month * Post Traini to support critical business and operational deliverables.
