Job Overview
elite manpower and training academy is actively hiring for the position of Customer Care Executive. Location: Indore Key Responsibilities:- 1. Customer Support : – Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming Calls/Emails promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with courtesy and empathy. Assist customers in resolving their problems or inquiries effectively. ● Any Graduation degree. ● Proven experience in BPO operations, with a minimum of 1-2 years in an Inbound Voice/Email Process ( Experience in healthcare will be an advantage ) ● Languages.
