InstaWeb Labs Pvt Ltd is actively hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive. You will handle customer queries on Freshdesk, Freshchat and WhatsApp. The role is driven by fast responses, clear communication and reliable issue resolution. Responsibilities Respond to customer queries through Freshdesk tickets, Freshchat and WhatsApp. Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate when required. Update all tickets and chats with clean, accurate notes. Meet first response and resolution targets as per internal SLAs. Maintain a consistent brand tone in every customer interact.
