Emerson is actively hiring for the position of Engineer Services. Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Overall responsibility for on-site service job execution and complete the jobs to achieve highest customer satisfaction level. Ensure executing services in accordance with Emerson safety & Standard procedures and operations are carried out within time schedule. Prepare detailed site visit report / MOM and arrange sign off from customer after completion of each job. Promptly respond to customers’ queries and complaints, escalating when nec to support critical business and operational deliverables.
