Located in Bengaluru, India, the Lead Data Scientist (GenAI) leads efforts to leverage Generative AI and advanced machine learning for employee engagement products. This role transforms traditional IT dashboards into interactive, real-time conversational experiences backed by streaming data analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Impact
GenAI & Conversational UX: Architect and build a state-of-the-art conversational servicebot designed to scale seamlessly across 1M+ Monthly Active Users (MAU).
Advanced Automation & Anomaly Detection: Develop production-grade AI/ML solutions for complex Text2Action workflows and real-time time-series anomaly detection.
End-to-End ML Pipelines: Own full ML pipelines—including data pre-processing, model training, cross-validation, and continuous feedback integration.
Scalable ML Architecture: Partner with ML Engineers to design low-latency, real-time ML/AI architectures and high-volume streaming data ingestion systems.
Strategic Collaboration & Metrics: Collaborate with Product and Business teams to align GenAI initiatives with organizational goals and define metrics that track tangible user value.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Education
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of deploying ML models into production.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.

Key Technical Competencies
GenAI & NLP: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, transformers, knowledge graphs, and Natural Language Processing.
Big Data & Databases: Proficiency in distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
Mathematical Foundations: Deep expertise in probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus, and optimization algorithms.
Domain Expertise: Strong background in at least two: NLP, Statistical ML, Deep Learning, Distributed Systems, Graph Algorithms, Constraint Optimization, or Signal Processing.
