US based collection process, Shift Time – 5:30 PM to 10 AM (night shift) Week Off – 5 days working 2 days week off (Rotational) 6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement – paid separately for it Education – HSC minimum Experience -Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply Salary – Fresher – 236000/- (1521), Non BPO experience – 252000/- (1721), BPO CS 269000/-(1821), BPO sales, retention, collection exp – 290000 (2021), collection experience over 1 year upto 350.
