POSITION SUMMARY: Milliman, Practice Support Services (PSS) is looking to hire an IT Operations Specialist. The person in this role will provide IT support to the APAC and EMEA regions. The candidate will work remotely in India. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform System configuration and deployment for all Windows and MacOS endpoints and peripherals. Provide end user support to both on-site and remote employees, including application and hardware troubleshooting, account issues, and process education.
