Dynatrace or comparable APM: Hands-on experience running an enterprise observability platform. Dynatrace is preferred and AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog or Elastic all transfer well. Core monitoring engineering: Connecting data sources across logs, metrics and events, configuring ingestion pipelines, and building dashboards, alerts and policies Event and ITSM integration: Working with event-to-incident flows and ITSM platforms, ServiceNow preferred. Change discipline: Configuration treated as to support critical business and operational deliverables.
