Delta Capita is actively hiring for the position of Performance Quality Engineer (Senior Analyst). J oin Report Hub , Delta Capita’s market-leading regulatory reporting platform, supporting some of the world’s largest financial institutions. We are seeking an experienced Performance Quality Engineer to ensure our platform continues to deliver exceptional performance, scalability and resilience as client volumes grow. What You’ll Do Performance testing and engineering activities across applications, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure. Design and execute load, stress, endurance and scala to support critical business and operational deliverables.

- Relevant educational background or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, or technical execution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic operational environments.
