Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Product Demonstrations: Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell to support critical business and operational deliverables.
