Job Overview
ADCI – Tamil Nadu is actively hiring for the position of Product Manager- Return defect eliminaiton , RBS Return reduction. The PM will own product definition, engineering partnership, launch execution, and post-launch iteration across two interconnected domains: (1) AI-Enabled Solutioning — transforming manual defect elimination into an AI-driven platform to increase Defect Elimination Throughput by 4X, and (2) Selling Partner Return Defect Elimination — building scalable tools that systematically eliminate Selling Partner-attributed defects at scale, expanding coverage from 3,500 to 3M sellers. The PM will partner to support critical business and operational deliverables.
