Job Overview
LT-Larsen & Toubro is actively hiring for the position of Production Manger – Mechanical Assembly. Roles & Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end mechanical assembly production to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity targets.Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.Ensure production readiness by coordinating manpower, materials, machines, tools, and documentation.Manage production activities for mechanical assembly stations, including enclosure assembly, sub-assembly, final assembly, and packaging.Monitor produc to support critical business and operational deliverables.
Key Requirements
- Relevant educational background or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, or technical execution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic operational environments.
