Job Overview
Netwrix Corporation is actively hiring for the position of Senior Staff Software Engineer SaaS Platform & Cross-Product Architecture. What you’ll do: Own technical decision-making for the teams you support: evaluate technology options, run POCs and benchmarks, and make evidence-based recommendations on frameworks, datastores, and infrastructure —including partition strategies, migration plans, and performance validation at SaaS scale Shape platform-level architecture: Kubernetes (AKS) deployment topology, Kafka-based messaging, durable workflow orchestration, and multi-tenant data models Serve as an embedded architecture part to support critical business and operational deliverables.
Key Requirements
- Relevant educational background or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, or technical execution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic operational environments.
