Job Purpose Will be a technical expert who have good experience in DOT NET Core, REST API Development, Cloud (Azure, AWS) and Production Support Duties and Responsibilities 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) • Make sure system availability 24*7 • Monitor all aspect of application -Server Performance, Application Performance, Exception and interface with external system • Interact with cross teams to understand system issue and follow-up with respective team to support critical business and operational deliverables.

- Relevant educational background or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, or technical execution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic operational environments.
