Role Objective Execute Order-to-Cash (OTC) collection activities in compliance with company policies, controls, and governance requirements. Drive timely and effective cash collection to improve working capital and reduce outstanding receivables. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Support knowledge transfer and act as a trainer and mentor for new team members.
