Based in Pune, Maharashtra, the Technical Lead L1 facilitates application solutions by reviewing module-level code, creating replication patterns, performing root-cause analysis, and leading AWS cloud deployments. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams across the full SDLC to deliver stable, well-documented, and scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Requirements Gathering: Participate in capturing structured module requirements, identifying process linkages, dependencies, and necessary code changes.
Solution Design: Assist the Project Manager in building module-level application solution designs aligned with technical and business standards.
Coding & Review: Review team code, resolve technical queries, establish consistent replication patterns, and maintain code alignment with project standards.
Troubleshooting & RCA: Perform root-cause analysis on recurring technical issues; update software code to fix errors, optimize performance, and upgrade system interfaces.
Implementation & Adoption: Validate configurations, manage app integrations and deployment dependencies, and prepare user training frameworks to ensure smooth adoption.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5 to 8 Years of relevant technical development and leadership experience.
Mandatory Technical Skill: Cloud Engineering AWS.
Core Competencies: Code review, solution design, SDLC management, root-cause analysis, system integration, and AWS cloud architecture.
